As an OpenWorks Master Franchisee, you'll be supported by one of the most sophisticated organizations in the dynamic and "recession-resistant" facility services industry. OpenWorks is a pioneer in training, MIS technology, operations and business development – everything you need to run your enterprise.

OpenWorks will assist you with:

• Training: You will participate in the 4-week MasterWorks™ training program at our National Franchise Support Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Additionally, your support staff will receive up to 3 weeks training at your location.
• Operations: Complete processes for operating your OpenWorks Master Franchise.
• Site Selection: OpenWorks will assist you in the site selection for your Regional Support Center.
• Staff Recruitment: OpenWorks will help you recruit your initial Regional Support Center staff, including sales representatives, telemarketers, and field service managers.
• Management Information Systems: OpenWorks' advanced MIS software will support your accounting function (billing, collections, franchisee payables, payroll, and complete financial statements); your contact management (account sales, customer service, franchise sales and telemarketing); and financial management (performance tracking reports by department, account and franchisee; and actual vs. planned).
• Business Development: OpenWorks is always looking for new ways to help you grow your business including providing sales and marketing tools for acquiring new accounts, expanding into new services and awarding franchises.
• Legal Documents: You'll receive templates for all your necessary documents, including the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), franchise agreements, service agreements, and employment agreements.
• Financing: There are a number of financing options available to help you establish and grow your OpenWorks Master Franchise, which we would be happy to outline for you at the time of disclosure.
• Corporate Presence: A management team from OpenWorks will visit with you periodically to address any of your concerns and help you take advantage of future opportunities. We also encourage you to contact us any time you need our help!
