Our Pizzerias
Our pizzeria's have an ambiance of the classic New York mom and pop pizzeria of days gone by with a modern twist.  While serving authentic New York style pizza by the pie, we have also kept the tradition of the selling pizza by the slice.
We understand that the majority of the world has never experienced a true New York pizzeria, from the aroma of fresh baked pizza being cooked in a brick oven to the interaction of the pie chef's dough tossing skills.

Our store design allows us to enhance the customers visit by showcasing the pizza making process from start to finish.  We begin with crafting our proprietary flour blend into our signature pizza dough throughout the day. Then we showcase the talent of our pie chefs at the pizza make station, which is located in the view of the customers.  They can observe the pie chef hand forming, tossing the fresh dough into the air and putting the fresh toppings on their pizza.

After the show it comes down to the quality of the product.  We only serve authentic New York style pizza, and delicious high quality Italian menu items using traditional family recipes.

Company History
NYPD Pizza was established in 1996 by a native New Yorker who noticed an absence of authentic New York style pizza while traveling around the United States and beyond.  CEO & Founder Paul Russo decided to seize the opportunity and create the first truly authentic New York style pizza franchise.

What We've Been Doing
Over the past 18 years we have refined our restaurant operations, cultivated the franchise system and developed key relationships that have allowed us to create & distribute our proprietary products on a worldwide scale.  At the same, time we maintain the authenticity & consistency of our award winning New York style pizza and Italian fare.

Store Options
NYPD Pizza offers two optional store designs; the Metro and the Precinct.

Metro Unit: The NYPD Pizza METRO design is geared for delivery which offers quick service pick-up, take-out, catering and pizza slice sales.  The Metro Unit starts at approximately 900 square feet in size and has minimal seating.  It's excellent for high traffic locations such as malls, small strip centers, downtown business districts, colleges and universities, stadiums and airports.  The menu can offer all the popular NYPD Pizza favorite pies, calzones, salads, pastas, appetizers and desserts.  The franchise offers a lower investment and lower operating costs for those individuals who want one unit or multiples.
Franchise Fee US$35,000.00

The Precinct: The NYPD Pizza PRECINCT design is a full service restaurant for those individuals that want to sit down, relax, enjoy the ambiance, and have a glass of wine or beer and incredible Italian fare.  The Precinct franchise offers a variety of appetizers, salads, hero sandwiches, pizzas, pastas dishes, entrees, daily specials and desserts.  The PRECINCT is typically 1,800 to 2,600 square feet and seats approximately 50 to 90 customers.  With additional space a full bar can be added to a Precinct unit. This franchise is located in high traffic locations such as exterior spaces of malls; end cap in-line spaces of large power shopping centers, downtown business districts and may be a free standing building.
Franchise Fee $35,000.00
