Copper Branch is North America’s leading chain of 100% Plant-Based fast-casual restaurants; founded and headquartered in Montreal, Canada. With over 40 locations opened across Canada and with restaurants opening early 2019 in the United States and Europe, Copper Branch has truly become the leader in vegan fast-casual.

With a diverse menu of plant-powered Burgers, Sandwiches, Power Bowl salads, all-day Breakfast, Smoothies, fresh Sides, Desserts, and organic Coffees and Teas; Copper Branch offers the mainstream a chef-inspired menu of wholesome options without sacrificing taste or quality. Our menu items are never fried and consist of mostly organic, non-GMO and naturally gluten-free ingredients. A strong emphasis has been placed on the inclusion of “power foods” such as chia seeds, mushrooms, quinoa and turmeric powder. We are also proud to serve 100% whole grain organic kamut and spelt for our burgers and wraps.

Plant-based eating is on the rise and the trend is much more than a fad. Eating vegan on a regular basis is now mainstream and along with the known dangers associated with traditional fast food, consumers are looking for healthier alternatives in the quick-serve industry. This is where Copper Branch powerfully makes its stand; offering clean, wholesome and nutrient-dense menu options suitable for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Copper Branch locations are franchisee-run, and we provide a turnkey approach whereby all restaurants are successfully managed by implementing trusted and proven systems to assure that food quality and consistency, customer service, and brand image are maintained at every location. We offer a full comprehensive training program for our franchisees and managers. Franchisees are preferred to have prior business experience, but restaurant experience is not necessarily a requirement; simply a passion for the Food Movement.

In addition to reaching more than 40 locations in Canada in 2018, with new stores opening in simultaneously in the United States, and France, Copper Branch is looking to open 80 plus locations in 2019 and another 150 plus locations in 2020.
