We are Big Easy Snoballs®—Home of the Sno-Ball King™.  We are the oldest running Sno-Ball business in Georgia.  Humbly starting in 2008 at the beginning of the “Great Recession”simply as a means of survival, Big Easy Sno-Balls® today has built 3 stores, 2 mobile units, catered many parties and we have served over 500,000 Sno-Balls to over 60,000 customers in multiple states.  Additionally, we have been partners with DoorDash® and GrubHub® for over 4 years and have successfully delivered several thousand Sno-Balls through their systems.  In 2021, we launched our own proprietary national online ordering system where customers can now order from anywhere, schedule a pick-up or have their products delivered.

For over 12 years, we have been hard at work developing and refining a solid duplicatable business model that achieves consistent results and allows us to be successful while maintaining a family friendly lifestyle.  We want to share our system with franchisees like you and to help you achieve the same level of financial and personal success we have experienced for over 12 years.

THE SHAVED ICE MARKET

The shaved or “shave” ice market has really been around as long as ice and sugar have been around.  People of all ages and income levels love shaved ice and have for decades.  It’s real niche in the market is that it is an alternative dairy-free cold treat that can come in over 100 flavors and numerous toppings.  Customers can literally make over 1000 personalized creations that fit their lifestyle and their tastebuds.

Big Easy Sno-Balls’ niche in the industry is our unique process of shaving ice, unique house made flavors, made fresh daily soft-serve ice cream, fresh toppings, non-GMO pure cane sugar syrups, the “Big Easy” name (Louisiana is home of the Sno-Ball), our trademarked Sno-Ball King™ and our fresh new image which imbibes Louisiana tradition and culture.

FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to immediately open 17 more stores in the Atlanta market and many more throughout the South, the Southeast and elsewhere.  As we have set the standard for Sno-Balls in Georgia, we aspire to be the standard for Sno-Balls that customers will demand throughout the country and beyond.

Our training program will guide you through our processes and every phase of opening a BIG EASY SNO-BALLS®, giving you the knowledge and skills to successfully operate your franchise.  

• We have a dedicated real estate team who has decades of experience to help you navigate finding the perfect location.  

• We include 2 separate hands-on weeks of training, one before you open and one the week of your Grand Opening.  

• We also include online learning for both you and your staff so you can keep current on all things Big Easy Sno-Balls®.  

• We will provide you with access to all of our marketing and branding resources.
