FRANCHISING QUALIFICATIONS

Those who wish to partner with California Tortilla should meet the criteria listed below:

• A minimum of $1million net worth and $250,000 of liquid assets.
• Experience in either the food/restaurant industry. and/or prior franchise experience; and/or prior business or management experience (whew!)
• A passionate commitment to customer service.
• A cultural fit with California Tortilla and a passion for Mexican food.
• The willingness to learn and apply the California Tortilla Operating System.

• Assistance with site selection, planning, lay-out and design
• Complete training at our World Headquarters and at your location that covers operational, promotional and financial aspects of running your own California Tortilla restaurant
• A detailed set of our operations manuals that includes all recipes, procedures and operating forms
• Use of marks, brand recognition and specialized software
• Field visits from your field service consultant
• Marketing assistance and mystery shoppers
